Top Muscular Man - Ahmad Haidar, IFBB professional bodybuilder, born in Beirut, Lebanon

Ahmad Ali Haidar (born April 10, 1968 in Beirut, Lebanon) is an IFBB professional bodybuilder.

Ahmad is nicknamed, "Abzilla", due to his developed abdominals. He first started competing in professional bodybuilding in 1997 by competing in the World Championships, where he placed 1st. His first IFBB competition was the Mr. Olympia of 1998, where he placed 16th. In 2000 he competed in his first Arnold Classic, placing 12th. Two years later, in 2002, he competed in another Mr. Olympia, placing 13th. He took a short break in competition after 2007 and returned early 2009 and placed 5th at the Ironman Pro Invitational which qualifies him for the 2009 Mr. Olympia.

Ahmad has been featured in many fitness and bodybuilding articles, as well as being featured on the cover of Muscular Development magazine. He currently resides in Pompano Beach, Florida. Ahmad Haidar belongs to the Shi'a Muslim sect of Lebanon.

Top Muscular Man - George Farah, born in Beirut, Lebanon

George "Bulletproof" Victor Farah (b.1971 in Beirut, Lebanon) is an IFBB professional bodybuilder.

Farah grew up in Lebanon during the Lebanese Civil War (1975–1990) where he participated in combat operations as a child. Bodybuilding helped Farah get through these rough times and served as an outlet for much of his tension and remained with him after the war, when he won the Mt. Lebanon competition at age 15. Soon after, he and his family moved to the United States, eventually settling down in Rochester, New York where he earned a BA in electronics. It was here that he earned the nickname "bulletproof" when, in August 1997, he was shot three times in an attempted robbery. He went from almost losing his life to competing in the highest echelons of bodybuilding as a professional.

Farah's first NPC (National Physique Committee) event was the NPC Junior Nationals of 1999, where he placed 2nd in the middleweight division. His first Mr. Olympia was in 2002, where he placed 19th. In 2003, he competed in his first IFBB Night of Champions competition, where he placed 8th.

Farah has been featured in many fitness and magazine articles, as well as being featured on Building Muscle, Burning Fat magazine. He currently resides in Rochester, New York.

Strong Man - Samir Bannout (Beirut Lebanon)

Samir Hassan Bannout (born November 7, 1955 in Beirut, Lebanon) is an IFBB professional bodybuilder.

Known as "the Lion of Lebanon", Samir Bannout won the Mr. Olympia title in 1983. At that time, only 6 men had held this most prestigious title since the contest was first introduced in 1965. Many of them, obviously, held the title for several years, Bannout won it just once, a distinction shared with Mr. Olympia Chris Dickerson. Samir has appeared on the covers of many fitness and bodybuilding publications, including Strength and Health, MuscleMag International, Muscle Digest, Flex, Muscle Training Illustrated, Muscle and Fitness, Muscle Up, IronMan and Muscular Development magazines.

Mohammad Ali Bannout (born 17 December, 1976, in Beirut, Lebanon), informally referred to as Moe Bannout, is a Lebanese IFBB professional bodybuilder. He is cousin to former Mr Olympia, Samir Bannout.
