Super Muscular Man - Hidetada Yamagishi, IFBB profesional bodybuilder

Hidetada "Hide" Yamagishi (Born June 30, 1973) is an IFBB professional bodybuilder, and Japan's first professional bodybuilders to compete in the Mr. Olympia contest in 2007.  He was also the first Japanese to have been invited to compete at the Arnold Classic.

Yamagishi was born on June 30, 1973 and raised in Obihiro, Hokkaido. During his youth, he played rugby and lifting while at High School Sapporo Hokkaido Asahigaoka. He then went to Waseda University, where he is pursuing more serious weightlifting.

Yamagishi has appeared in numerous magazines, including Weekly Playboy, Tarzan, and Ironman Japan, and has released a number of video training some / DVD, the latest being called: A Warrior Fighting. She also appeared on television in Japan.
